No, it’s a one time process. Once, you get lifetime permit then you don’t have to renew it

What if I don’t have liquor permit?
Possession, consumption, or transportation of alcohol in Maharashtra without a permit can get you fined to Rs 50,000 and/or a prison sentence of up to five years under the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949.
